Some travelers reportedly had trouble with the taxi transportation from Noi Bai
International Airport to Lucky Hotel Group. Sometimes the driver purposely try to scam guests by sending to a certain hotel and gets some commisions from that hotel owner. You also need to negotiate the price in advance, if not they may overcharged you. Any way, you should pay for the driver when you arrive safety at our hotels.
Other case, when guests arriving our hotel, some persons quickly came out, with our hotel card and told the customers that Lucky Hotels are fully booked at the moment. And customers are sent to a different hotel of lower standard.
So we recommend all guests to take further preventive measure by contact us in advance to have our private airport transfer with luxury car (US$ 20/ way for car 4 seats, US$ 25/ way for car 7 seats).
